Our experience in juvenile court litigation of criminal matters dates back to 1976, and encompasses all manner of charges from minor misdemeanors to serious felonies. We have represented juveniles in cases ranging from probation referrals to fitness hearings where the prosecution is seeking to have the matter referred for trial in the adult court. We have represented minors whose defense to homicide charges has been based on their victimization at the hands of abusive parents.
